‭‭Matthew‬ ‭27‬:‭46‬ ‭(NKJV‬)“And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?”” This passage of scripture in Matthew 27 has been debated for over 2,000 years and everyone seems to have their own idea as to what Jesus means when He said “Eli Eli Lama Sabachthani.” This is the only phrase in the New Testament I have found that has not been translated from the language Jesus originally spoke it. He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi, And purge them as gold and silver, That they may offer to the Lord An offering in righteousness.” (Malachi‬ ‭3‬:‭3‬)The silversmith will sit in front of the fire the entire time the silver is being refined. Not only does he hold the silver, but he must keep a very close eye on it through the refining process. If it was to stay in the flame too long it could be damaged. How does the silversmith know when the silver is fully refined?...

Matthew 7:7-8 (NKJV)"Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.”This portion of scripture gives us what I believe are three levels of prayer. As one matures in their walk with Jesus their prayer life should grow as well. Within these three levels we see the acronym “ASK (Ask, Seek, Knock)". I want to break down each level and provide scripture to hopefully bring some clarity to the life...

Many believe there are only nine Fruits of the Spirit, there are actually twelve! Nine are found here in Galatians 5: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.
